The order arrived in good time. However, I made a mistake with my package option. The items were bought as a gift and I wanted the recipient to receive the Skin City bag and cosmetic bag. I called and spoke to a customer rep but she couldn't send me out the bags, even when I explained it was a gift. Very disappointing considering it is also free advertising and I have been a customer of the company for many years.
