Does not even deserve 1 star Absolutely awful customer service. Nearly a month later and still nothing received from two orders. The worst thing about this company is the 'customer service' I have never seen anything like it. Sure things go wrong sometimes but its how a company handles these things...that is when you see a companys true colours. I have been lied to repeatedly, I don't think customer services bothers to read your actual email when you contact them. They copy and paste some rubbish that you've probably already gotten from them before or you get told to wait another week and when you do is the same round about answer as if you haven't contacted them before. STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND FEEDING CUSTOMERS LIES I keep asking for a refund on my order as its no where to be seen. I have received no emails or any info from royal mail to say they have it or anything from skinny co to say its despatched. Yet Skinny Co say I cant have a refund as its 'too late' Too late to cancel my order...as if I'm cancelling!! I am entilted to a refund as i havent gotten ANYTHING Funny enough I can return them for a refund if they ever appear BUT it will be long past the date for a refund AND even if I could it would be at my own expense. How is it too late when I haven't received anything and its not my fault that the order hasnt even left your warehouse nearly a month after my order. Also everytime I ask for proof that its been despatched with a tracking number they ignore the question. It ridiculous way to treat customers. I won't be ordering again. I will be contacting my bank to issue a charge back Its a shame because I really like the products. Oh and they also go through their facebook comments and remove any complaints of people not having received anything. I commented on one of their posts 5 days ago and after a discussion was going between me and others in the same situation...Skinny Co removed them shortly after. My order was 28th decmeber now its 25th jan...I can see on your website as I have an account and it still says 'unfulfilled. 'Stop blaming Royal Mail as I don't believe they even have the order yet, I have ordered plenty online recently and all my orders where sent via royal mail and came within a few days. Stop blaming others , making excuses and refund the people who have received nothing. AVOID If you like thier products buy them elsewhere at least the online shop has serious issues I have left this same review on trust pilot. Since then they have now went back on what they have said and said its not dispatched but 'will be dispatched soon' Then I get another templated email the next day saying that my order has been delayed and is stuck in customs because of brexit. Their excuses are ridiculous.. My order hasn't been dispatched so it not in customs..the lies are just constant with this company!. Just admit that your out of stock on alot of products as your stocking lidil stores. Its quite obvious this is the issue when your blantly advertising this all over facebook that you've newly stocked over 800 Great Britian stores . Funnily enough the products in Lidl is the same products I'm waiting on as my order on the 2nd was dispatched today but not the one on the 28th, it has different products not in the lidl stores. Ridiculous that I still couldn't get a refund when the order hasn't been dispatched. Apparently there is no way to track order and refund for cancelled orders. Blah blah blah.. just BS really!! Like come on you have an online company but cant track the orders despite them all having an order number...please. If so your an onlie company sort it out..but NO im sure they'd rather just take peoples money knowing that people aren't gona pay to return their products themselves. Not a way to keep repeat customers but it's quite obvious they don't care. Worst of all no apology. Keep blaming covid, brexit etc. The only thing they offered was free delivery which was hilarious as they already had an offer currently of free delivery on all order. So they offered absolutely nothing for their behaviour, I was insulted that they would even think I would consider ordering again. ( and this is from someone who actually loves their products, that how bad they are i will never order again no matter how tempted.) Do yourself a favour and order zero products from another company, they ain't the only one. Or pick them up in Lidl (although I hate to actually give them any business when they don't deserve it really)
