This company is awful. the worst customer service I have ever experienced, when i say experienced I mean I never got to talk to anyone, cant phone, emails is a nono (as no one reads them and if they do they dont answer they say "we will gat back to you). The chat facility on their website is always off line. The packaging is awful, my order was splayed everywhere and there was even stuff from the food pots falling through the gaps in the box, they taste vile by the way. The coffee Latte drinks are not recommended- i think they wash the cans but forget to rinse out the dishwater because thats what they taste like and also forgot to put any coffee in. Just awful company to deal with

Cannot get hold of any customer service despite calling, leaving voicemails and live chat. I have paid for my order and nearly 2 weeks down the line it still hasn't even been shipped... trying to ask if there is any issue with stock or anything so I can understand what it happening, but like everyone else in the reviews, getting hold of anyone is non existent!! Do not bother honestly

worst customer service i’ve ever recieved. i had an issue with my order being delayed and it hadn’t been shipped out. i emailed, messaged the seller and also went to their tiktok live for help. they shrugged me off in the live and the email just got ignored. don’t bother placing an order since customer care is non-existent.

They don’t reply so are IMPOSSIBLE to contact when there are problems. Definitely not the trustworthy company they used to be when they were just sauces and syrups.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Skinny Food Co. They ran a giveaway that I won, which initially made me really excited about the brand. However, after being announced as a winner, they sent me a voucher code that simply does not work. I’ve tried multiple times to use it, and nothing. I’ve contacted them repeatedly over the past two months. The responses have been incredibly slow, and despite all the back and forth, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Two months later, I’m still waiting. It honestly feels like the giveaway was just a tactic to attract followers and boost engagement rather than actually reward the winners. This whole experience has been completely unprofessional. Their advertising might look good on social media, but based on how they handle customers and promotions, I would not recommend buying anything from them. I definitely won’t be purchasing from them in the future. Very disappointing.

They taste HORRENDOUS - please stick with my protein! Everything tastes so fake and gives me a headache / makes me feel sick. Especially the mayo, "peanut butter" and coffee syrup. I've emailed and they aren't responding about a refund and I've wasted a tonne of money on these inedible products. RANK!!!!! AVOID

I can’t understand the bad reviews at all that I’m reading . The service I have received over the last couple of weeks that I have been purchasing from The Sunny Food Company has been exceptional. The products have been delivered complete ,no errors and customer services have been polite and friendly .i called customer services to ask for my delivery to be sent out asap when I ordered ,they helped me with a product I had questions about and I definitely cannot fault them at all . Absolutely no customer service, I had missing items and was treated like I didn't matter and I was making it up, wanted photos of everything received photos of box it sent in and finally 2 months later I got missing items. Good products but thoroughly shocking company had to threaten trading standards to get missing items....

If I could give less Istars I would charged me £3.99 for delivery 2 to 3 business days. On day 3 they haven't even handed the parcel over to amazon yet, tried to get through on the phones all morning keeps going to voicemail, emails going unanswered for days.. Good products sure, terrible and abysmal company though do not order from them direct. Utter shambles.

Extremely Disappointed with Service My experience has been thoroughly disappointing. The order was delayed without explanation, then I was unexpectedly asked to pay extra for postage. When I requested the order be cancelled, they ignored this and instead sent only part of the delivery - yet still marked it as fully delivered. This is not acceptable customer service. I'm not one to complain without reason, but this situation has been handled terribly from start to finish. Order number: #1734314

This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off. Shocking customer service. Missing items, asking for proof of missing items, blaming fulfilment centres and saying they need photos to ‘investigate’ (that’s right - photos of a missing item) and then they just stop replying.

Placed an order 14th March, after 6 weeks and many emails, the order had never been shipped. So they said they would ship immediately and I would have in a couple of days. 23rd May again after many emails I get a reply from customer services to say the parcel got lost... I said I wanted a full refund and some form of compensation due to them having my money for over 2 months. I finally got a refund but nothing else and no longer replying to my messages, so thought I would warn people just in case this happens to you.

Ordered 12 lemon meringue flapjacks. They arrived with only 4 days left on best before date. When contacted they replied by email “that’s just the best before date. They’re good for another 24 months” what a joke!!
