Dreadful company and customer service- ordered protein bars 2nd Dec for Christmas present- still not arrived by end Dec- no communications or apology. Several out of date- thrown into a box with no delivery note. Gave them a second chance- waited 4 weeks - confusing website and I ordered the wrong thing- Nick Strawson less than helpful telling me what I meant to order and it was my mistake. No hint of helping me to rectify situation. I complained and was told I could send them back and he was merely 'pointing out' that it was not their mistake. Don't know where they receive their customer service training if at all- will NOT be dealing with that dreadful place again.
