Extremely Disappointed with Service
My experience has been thoroughly disappointing. The order was delayed without explanation, then I was unexpectedly asked to pay extra for postage. When I requested the order be cancelled, they ignored this and instead sent only part of the delivery - yet still marked it as fully delivered.
This is not acceptable customer service. I'm not one to complain without reason, but this situation has been handled terribly from start to finish.
