I received my delivery and opened the box, pulled out the product, only to be met with glass sticking out my skin and blood pouring from my hands. None of the products (glass) had been wrapped at all and again the box was paper thin. Once I had removed the glass from my skin and bandaged my hand, I had to tidy up the glass fragments left all over my kitchen countertop and floor. I couldn’t believe the amount of glass that had come out, several of the products had been completely smashed, one white chocolate spread also had glass up inside it all mixed in with it. I contacted the team and I was absolutely shocked at the response. No apology, no help and Nick Strawson, the most incompetent of them all, offered me free shipping on my next delivery only once I had complained to him 3 times to get a response. He constantly refused to acknowledge any of what I was saying and despite my politeness considering the situation, his attitude was disgusting. I couldn’t believe I had been offered free shipping that’s free anyway if you spend a certain amount, as compensation for injuries (that apparently I have to blur my photo of) and my little one who was near me at the time, walking over shards of glass. I sensed an issue with the customer service team, as explained below this is not the first time I had been met with complete lack of care and also naivety. I requested for Mr Whiting to contact me, over a month later, no response. He is far too busy spending his profits whilst accepting his team are acting negligently, sending glass items with no protective wrapping and in a bid to keep profits in his pocket, boxes too thin to even support glass jars. He clearly has not implemented a sufficient packing process, his team just throw the items in the box, probably from a mile distance! I have had to resort to legal action against the company to ensure they do not harm others in the way I have been injured. The company have not taken any steps to change their process, on trust pilot someone 2 days ago posted that her items were left loose in a box, with NO packaging. It all started after my first order placed with them, 2 items were missing. Next order incorrect products received, customer ‘service’ advisor Keira Carr ignored my request via email until I had to contact her twice, again I was met with the “here have free shipping and shut up” attitude. My second order was then incorrect, I had been sent the wrong items. Yet again I had to make contact, ended up with Grace who barely read my email properly, one of the questions was a request for my order number and “Please confirm if any protective wrapping/bubble wrap inside?”. Considering the order number was in the subject of the email and Graces bid to tell me she couldn’t find my order, showed yet again exceptionally appalling service and a complete lack of attempt for Grace to even try to do her job. Her question over packaging clearly confirmed they are aware of an issue and I imagine I am not the only person that’s been cut my their glass products. I have since found another brand of low calorie and sugar products via Amazon whose service and products exceed those of the skinny food company and please unless you want to receive the wrong product, missing items or you and your baby injured, do NOT order from them. There is a lot of other alternatives that do not carry such a risk.

Waited 10 days for delivery 2 items correct one incorrect and past sell by date and another item completely missing … when I sent an enquiry all I got was some response about best before dates and I can return it … would like my correct order fulfilled please with the correct items or refund .. first time customer but never again with such poor customer service.

Salad dressing consistency of snot and chemical tasting. On facebook any comments that are not good get deleted...very shady company.

Charged for a subscription I had no idea I had. I only ordered a trial pack as it was free with delivery to try and then was charged nearly 9 quid a week for tiny sauce bags I never ordered. So dishonest and discussing to rip people off esp when money is so tight. Do not reply to emails either, stay well clear of this company

DISGUSTING , TASTE VILE Sign you up for a subscription you don't ask for and almost impossible to cancel. Charged me £10.17 extra every week for 3weeks for things I didn't order and won't refund !!!! SCAM SCAM Will inform Martin Lewis

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They said I had subscribed to a couple of products, I know I didn't, as ticked just once, as wanted to try them. Turns out the things were vile and threw them away. I have since had them sent to me about 4 more times and charged me, I have emailed them each time. They just fob you off. They are con artists! I am absolutely furious about it!

Subscription fraud! Beware they keep your bank details and re order on your behalf, which you don’t want but have to pay for. Can only cancel if you have signed up for them, so basically you are forced to sign up then cancel the subscription that you never signed up for in the first place. What an absolute CON ! Beware beware beware

Out of date food, refuse refunds and block you on social media. There is a facebook group called (Report The Skinny Food Co to Trading Standards) wish I had seen the reviews before.

Hoping to be able to change this review, but so far I've been waiting over 6 weeks for my order. Have emailed multiple times and the skinny food co are not able to update me. They lied and sent an email saying it was dispatched 4 weeks ago but when calling the courier it had never left the skinny food Co's warehouse. Exceptionally disappointing to be lied to and their office team being unable to answer simple questions or give a rough update until how long the package will actually be dispatched. Poor show, P.S if there is a response on here from skinny food co for me to email you please instead look through all the emails and replies you have sent me.

Great company providing healthy alternatives to family favourites!!! A large number of vegan products (good for me!), healthy confectionery (good for kids), low prices- good for everyone!!!!

I've been waiting over a month for my order. I've been told they have sent it last week but I haven't received it. Ordered and paid fpr on 18th May!!! I have had emails from someone called Amy and Beth in their supposed customer support role apologising etc etc. I have asked for my money to be refunded but have had no response. Would never buy again and would not recommend them.

Out of intolerance and allergy advice I had to turn gluten and dairy free. So far I had not any bad experience but skinny food products have definitely made me to be careful from where and who to order from. I ordered 3 sauces that taste nothing as advertised and promised and I also got myself the mocha creamer which went off after only 3 days regardless following the storage advice on the package bottle. Tried once never again. Can’t recommend. Very disappointed.

All these reviews speak for themselves, I only wish I'd read them before ordering. They sign you up for a subscription you never wanted or authorised, then duplicate your order weekly - taking money from your account without your permission. Basically, they are thieves. If this happens to you, contact you bank and put a block on them. Also, the sauces are utterly revolting. Truly.

Ideally, I would like to give 0 stars. I ordered on 4th Jan - a present for a friends birthday. Got dispatched to Royal Mail on 8th Jan, but tracking hasn’t moved from ‘sender has informed us they have dispatched the parcel to us’ since 8th Jan. contacted the company, was asked to wait another week, which I was content to do as I still had some time before the birthday. That was a week ago. Still no change in tracking and still no goods. Emailed again, and every response is an automated email that in no way answers my questions or queries. It’s just a random pre typed response. The customer service is shocking, and they have my money. I wouldn’t mind if I had received some proper correspondence but when they are just automating emails and paying no attention (probably because so many people are complaining), it’s just not on. They tell me it’s because Royal Mail are so busy, but I ordered something on Tuesday via Royal Mail and it arrived today (Thursday). The company is a scam! I won’t be shopping with them again.

The worse service I have honestly ever experienced. I would never usually discredit a company however they are so u helpful. I ordered 2nd December and was told to expect my parcel 11th December. Today is 18th jan and I haven’t received it. Every time I complain they ask me to wait another week regardless of me asking for a refund. They have lied saying my parcel is on its way.. when they didn’t even know my order number!! Today they said it is with Royal Mail- I had to ask 4 separate times for my tracking number- surprise surprise it isn’t even with Royal Mail. You can’t ring and there is no complaints department. The most terrible company. I would not advise for anyone to waste their money. Your likely to not get your product.
