I like like many others have not received my order, or any indication of when I will. So after the customer service department stopped responding (the response that I’d received previously I’m sure was a generic one sent to everyone waiting for their late deliveries) I contacted my bank who immediately retrieved my money back from The Skinny Food Co. I would urge anyone mistreated by this company to contact their bank and open a dispute. Gone are the days that banks allow companies to ride roughshod over innocent customers.
