Every month you need to call Customer service to change the flavor. You cannot do it online. They automatically send you what you last ordered until you CALL them. When speaking to them, it was a language barrier. I don’t know what country it was, but not USA. Product was tasty but you can only order what’s available, which is sometimes only a handful of flavors to choose from.
