I had never had any problems when ordering but my last order I was quite disappointed with as several items only had a couple of months before the best before day one only having 3 weeks, on contacting them I felt I was just fobbed off as they said that it was still in date then went on and said that all items would last a year past the best befits date... I personally do not think 3 weeks is acceptable.
