Having ordered for a specific occasion (a pancake bundle for Shrove Tuesday) it was a huge disappointment when the order was constantly delayed.
When it became evident that it was not going to be delivered in time I requested cancellation and a refund but was told this was not possible.
As a customer I have been completely put off due to the service received and the failure of the majority of the customer service team to attempt to rectify the issues.
I won't be ordering in the future as a result of this.
I have not published my dissatisfaction previously however I have been emailed by the company requesting I submit a review.
