i bless the day my daughter told me about Skinny food co. I am a type 2 diabetic and a Slimming World member with a way to go. Finding the sauces and seasonings and choco drops cover my cravings for things that from the supermarket are full of sugars that are my enemies is great. My Kitchen cupboard has been extended as I have tried and liked over 14 of the sauces. When I have a query their admin have answered promptly even restarting Custard sauce which just takes the sameness from plain yogurt and I can have 3 tablespoons for the 'price' of one flavoured yogurt. I recommend them highly.
