Initially they sent my order (#651239) missing some items and with some incorrect items. However when I raised this with their customer service, I was helped by someone called Lauren and they were immediately apologetic and sent out a replacement straight away. Unfortunately they were then out of some items so had to refund me which was disappointing. I like their sugar free syrups and treats though!
