POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- BEWARE
Offered a ‘free’ gift on orders over £10, gift not added, despite being available. Will now add gift to my order and despite requesting cancellation mins after placing order, will not cancel either!! I have contacted cust service numerous times to try and resolve, asked several times if they will refund return postage and they avoid answering issue, and they still haven’t even dispatched my order!!
