I've ordered few items from them almost 3 months ago and after figuring out on my own that my parcel got lost (their support was completely useless after sending them couple requests past few weeks asking for help with the delivery they did nothing).
After all this I was trying to contact the company to solve this but they are still doing nothing and just ignoring the problem!
