I accidentally placed an order for Pickup instead of delivery. Called up the restaurant and the restaurant was kind enough to not process the order and gave customer support contact number.
Spoke to Ashdeep who very quickly verified me and cancelled my order swiftly after double checking with the restaurant.
I really appreciate (New India buffet @W Broadway and Ashdeep @skip customer support) to act so swiftly and providing amazing customer service. Credit was reflected on my card after a few min.
