MISSING items on too many orders!! Refund is great but doesn't replace not getting what was ordered and EXPECTED!! They CLEARLY DONT CARE!! Are their drivers STEALING the missing items??

Terrible experience with SkipTheDishes. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and the photo proof clearly showed a completely different house. I reached out to a human advisor who confirmed the mistake—the delivery went to the wrong location. Despite this, SkipTheDishes refused to take full responsibility and only offered me a $21 credit for a $56 order. What’s most alarming is the company’s complete lack of accountability. They made the error, yet they expect the customer to pay for it. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a failure of basic standards. If a company can’t guarantee accurate delivery or own up to its mistakes, how can customers trust them? SkipTheDishes needs to do better. Right now, it feels like they’re shifting the cost of their failures onto the people they’re supposed to serve.

Skip has terrible technical support for its couriers and it's very frustrating that there is no way to physically speak to someone about APP issues. I have been unable to log into the app for my shift because it will not send me an sms code, and the Skip team will not respond to help me, beyond one simple issue that offered no solutions.

Delivery drivers are constantly delivering food to the wrong building despite the buildings being numbered. Also seems like every drive doesn't know how to use the intercom system and calls to demand i go down to get the food....definitely feels lile im paying for paid customer service and not convince

First they would not honour my points earned, even though it was deducted from my account. My bill did not reflect it, chat person was so unhelpful and curt. Then the delivery was delayed by 30 min. Restaurant confirmed my order was ready within 15 min but was just sitting there waiting for driver to show up. Restaurant confirmed they have gas a lot of problems and advised to call them directly.

your agents are not well trained to dealing with customers that have missing food or damaged all they say is that i have received my alloted 40% back for the cost of the food items but my food was not in the shape that it was supposed to be in or what i paid for, it was cold soggy fries, i was missing items and my pita was not together

I’ve had multiple issues with my orders: food delivered to the wrong address, cold meals because drivers aren’t using heat bags, and delays caused by drivers making multiple stops before mine. The service has been steadily getting worse. With my latest order being delivered to the wrong address and the company simply sending me a link to their terms and refusing a refund, I’ve decided I won’t be using them anymore.

My order arrived over an hour late.. the food was cold and disgusting and half my order was missing… skip the dishes offered me a $5.88 refund that doesn’t even cover the cost of one of the things that was missing… I’m gonna go back to Uber eats or DoorDash…. Even if I would’ve called a taxi to take me to McDonald’s and bring me back, it would’ve been cheaper and more accurate.

I have used this app many times since returning to Manitoba. Nearly every time, they failed to provide the correct order, or failed to deliver an order at all. I rate these drivers as incompetent, bordering on pathetic. They somehow even managed to be worse than Door Dash.

The only thing(s) I have to complain about is the drivers. Making 2-3 stops before dropping off to me and my family and I have zero say in it, I've already tipped them so what do they care! One more thing, DRIVERS, when you come into MY community could you please have the sense and respect to TURN DOWN YOUR MUSIC!!! Ignorant Idiots! Thanks 😊

My daughter Ordered 2 orders of BOGO F1 chicken boxes from KFC on Airport Rd and Bovaird Drive. Skip delivered one order with 2 boxes instead of 4. She paid $43.21 but when reported the error the CSR was of no help she said I can only refund $18.79 no other option left and ended the chat. We were left without dinner. On my previous order it was supposed to be a pizza with 3 items from Dominos at Drewside plaza Skip delivered plain cheese pizza. The restaurants said we prepared the order according to what Skip sent us. Totally disappointed in Skip Will go with Uber instead ☹️

I placed an order for the first time with Skip. When I completed the order with the restaurant, I got an error page. I reloaded the site and my order was still in my cart so I completed it again. This time it worked. While I was watching the delivery screen I noticed my address had been replaced with an address that had nothing to do with me. I messaged the driver 5 times and he never responded. I tried to contact Skip but the only contact I found was an email for customer service. I sent them an email to explain the situation. The driver contacted me when he got to the wrong address, I explained the issue and texted him my correct address. 5 mins later he called me to say I would need to pay more because skip would not pay him the extra km. (mind you, I had already paid for the food, the service fee, the delivery fee, and a tip!) I told him I was not gonna pay extra, so he refused to make the delivery. I contacted skip again and they offered me a 50% refund as skip credits! Needless to say I will never do business with skip again and will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back.

They have been constantly messing up our coffee orders for work and since I complain so often they will no longer refund me So I'm over skip the dishes they are losing a daily customer here who spends 50plus daily on coffee orders for the work crew 🤔 Uber will be my choice now hopefully it's a better experience

I was delivered the wrong meal. The driver said there was nothing he could do. I called the restaurant. They told me to submit for a refund - which I did - and then reorder my meal. Then skip would not refund the first meal as I didn’t have a photo of the incorrect meal (the driver took the photo and the meal). I’ve tried again and they essentially hung up on me. Deleting the app for good.

I ordered 4 items of Chinese food for family dinner. We found plastic in one of the items by my kid having it in her mouth! I phoned the restaurant and they won’t refund because I paid Skip. Skip will only refund the 1 item because that’s was all that was affected. I’m throwing away almost $70 of food!! And now I can’t even add a photo to this

They delivered only the dessert. They forgot the main dish and if we want what we already paid for, we were told that we need to pay for another delivery. They should deliver the full meal for free. The whole idea is to have an assle free meal. It defeats the purpose. Terrible business model. Order through another app.

Honestly wish I could give 0. Never once had a good experience with Skip. Drivers accept orders then take an hour to deliver something around the corner, cancel orders causing credit/points errors, terrible customer service, and not even a good user experience in App. Company has a ton of work to improve but I think they'll ruin their reputation and sink themselves in a hole with all the promos to try and gain customers before that even happens.

I have done many orders with skip the dishes. Unfortunately the last order I placed the food was not edible and when talking with the restaurant they told me that since I ordered with skip i had to deal with them. The only way to reach skip is through online chat which is also fine. My problem is with the customer service when I asked for an explanation the customer service agent started behaving like I was being confrontational and would not explain anything he was stating they would not give me a full discount which I was absolutely fine with. I only wanted an explanation of how the amount he did tell me was calculated and when I asked for an explanation again he ended the chat abruptly. I then started a new chat and tried to explain what had just happened to a new customer service representative. Only to be left for about 3 to 4 minutes between responses and then an abrupt disconnect again. It has been several days since the incident but I believe I will no longer deal with skip as the Customer Service is pretty bad. Last note they did give me a $2.00 credit to my skip account on a $35.00 order that I put in the trash. I don’t even think that paid for the tip I left the driver. Thanks anyway I will be ordering strait from the restaurants from now on.
