On multiple occasions, I placed an order and then received an email stating that it had been cancelled. Assuming the restaurant declined the order, I placed a new order elsewhere. However, I later discovered that I had still been charged — in some instances up to four times for the same order. While this may seem minor with a $15 order, it becomes unacceptable when the order amount is $90, and the charge is processed four times. This results in hundreds of dollars being held. The core issue is not just the duplicate charge — it is the refund handling. Even though the cancellation is not my fault, the funds are still being withheld for several days. I am either encouraged to accept Skip credits or told to wait up to 10 days for the refund to appear in my bank account. I do not want Skip credits. I want the full amounts refunded directly to my original payment method without delay. This has now occurred four times in 2026.

I ordered from White spot Guilford today using skip the dishes. Half my order was missing, the cold half so that means that all the dipping sauces were missing and half the meal I couldn't eat because the dipping sauces were for the warm part of the meal. Skip only refunded me $16 from $48. Definitely won't be using skip again or ordering from White spot. Use Uber

if it could be lower then one it would be . I placed an order for almost $40 and teh driver got to my apartment building and even though given information for what to do so I can buzz up could not figure it out even with me walking him through it ( on phone) and I also heard someone helping him down there. He never made it up to my apartment to deliver food. When I called support they said because it to me so long to reach our ( was on hold over 1.5 hours) anf had the wrong address listed ( even though driver was here) they could only refund $15 so i got no foos aqnd was out $25

This service is absolutely terrible, the last four of five orders have Been cold due to drivers picking up other orders (I even paid for the express option so it wouldn’t happen) and it still happened. This monopoly DoorDash and skip should be reviewed by the competition bureau. Terrible customer service after a mistake. Local restaurants should band together and leave these services. Disgusted . And never use them again. You can’t even leave a public google review .

Skip This Service because It's simply not a service at all. This could be one of the worst delivery services still operating and it's incomprehensible how it still could be. Problem resolution is nearly impossible, communication with drivers non-existent, problem resolution with three support team delayed and ineffectual, cludgy profile editing, zero accountability,.. and they defer problems back to local restaurants rather than dealing with their own delivery mistakes. Nothing good to say. It should just stop.

You order food at 6:40 You receive an entirely wrong order after 8:00 You are forced to interact with a bot and are refused contact to a human on the phone. This takes half an hour. You get the refund in skipcredits for the order BUT not for the tip After 9:00 you get a notification that you have the correct order delivered. It is delivered to your neighbor. First driver does not respond in chat. Second river claims they left if at the right address despite the photo showing it left at my neighbor's house. Then closes the chat. Avoid like a plague!!!!!! Never again!!!!

I made 2 orders for my kids cause they unlike EVERY OTHER PLATFORM won’t do multiple stops nearby (right across the street) the skip driver missed an entire order that I spent 32 bucks for and this is the interaction I received from Anis the skip driver.

Do you guys want me to call 911 and file a thief complaint so you can finally refund my missing coffee? All of this because the Restaurant didn't bring us the Coffee we ordered. Order # 728568238 Café infusé [3.0 Cal] Now imagine if more was missing how much more hell we would have to go through. Ridiculous how you treat your repetitive customers. Especially those who only ask for a refund when something is truly wrong. You're all pretty much useless at this point. Just wasting our time and creating more stress, then want us to pay for their mistakes. Crazy all around. We're not the villains, you guys are making us act like ones because you're treating us like we've done something wrong. I don't blame some people who do chargebacks anymore. I will make sure to file complaints. If a restaurant makes mistakes 10x you will blame the customer for asking a refund 10x? Cmon that's the most silly thing I've read in a while. We have waited more than 48 hours. Just seems you want us to forget about it.

My entire is order is missing after I waited an hour for it. I went outside and searched for it thinking they left it outside the wrong building. I have now been waiting over 30 minutes to talk to a representative about where it is and what happened. This is bad service.

I start using skip to support Canadian products. But after almost of year of using it . The first time i get an order missing a lot of items. They just sent me an email to read their policy. I read all of it, it took me around 2 hours to finish it and didn’t get any results . As a summary of the endless documents,we are sorry. That’s it, we don’t care if you receive your order or not. Just read the read endless policies and don’t get any protection as a customer. You just pay and don’t get your product and the Skip will say we’re sorry . I will stop using skip app and go back to Uber the American app who respect Canadian costumers more than an company who claim they’re Canadian

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order and the driver gave us the wrong order. Instead of making it right, skip refunded minus the nuggets that I received from the wrong order. Keep in mind that I order 10 items and because the wrong order was sent they refused to issue a full refund. Absolutely terrible that I got penalized for their error.

Ordered from Dairy Queen, got a Blizzard. As someone that has friends that DD and Skip, I know they can see the orders they are getting. My Skip driver accepted an ice cream delivery with other stops to make. The ice cream was a soupy mess and had leaked all over the cup. The customer service offered 1/3 of the price for something that i had to throw out because it was inedible. The rep I dealt with, Nia S, was also a little rude about it. Then asked for thumbs up for her service. Don't get ice cream from this service. No thermal bag or anything, just allowing it to melt.

They brought the wrong order from another restaurant. They refused to refund or reorder. We took pictures, sent in the receipt from the wrong order and they still refuse to refund. DON’T USE SKIP THE DISHES EVER.

They sent me two of the same order, told me it was my fault and didn’t refund me for one of the duplicate orders. Worst customer service ever.(and the forgot my drink)

There should be a rating scale for negative reviews especially for this company who should have gone out of business by now for the horrible customer service. If you are hungry NEVER ORDER from Skip. Chances of receiving your order at all are slim to none. Then trying to track down the driver to find out where he left it after receiving a delivered message. Then having to contact Skip to report on their asinine system until you can finally reach someone to chat with. By then its time to go to bed or start with another delivery service. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF!!
