Please stop generating waste putting too much advertisements in the TTC trains. Is this company collecting all those posters and recycling them?

ABSOLUTE ****ing worst. I placed an order ... map update said it would be 65 minutes, then 20 minutes later refreshed the app, now it's 67 minutes!!! Are you fricken kidding me!?!! Called the merchant, they said yep Skip is notoriously bad .... suggested I cancel order. Actually good advise but I didn't want the hassle ... so waited again this time here we go..... after waiting extra 30 mins .... Skip 'now' said yep order on the way - 24 minutes,,, and when I went to refresh . . . ANOTHER 74 MINUTES CAME UP ARE-YOU-FRICKEN-KIDDING-ME Got off the couch, Drove all the way down to the store and did my own pick up. Yeah, Skip sucks

Courier refused to pick up order from mezza. 1.45 hrs of food order sitting there 35 minutes for skips customer service to respond to my request to find out what’s happening Would not refund my money immediately Would not compensate for their errors Very condescending in their request for assistance responses. It was the last bit of money I had to eat and was left with no meal, no money and rudeness The customer service agent was Jamaica G

I canceled an order with them and was never refunded, I contacted multiple different people about the issue through their support and it seems like it's just bots at this point. You can't even call anymore so I can't even talk to a real person about the issue. Skip is basically a scam at this point, don't order through them! I definitely won't be going forward.

Order was cancelled without explanation, after waiting 10 minutes. Skip representative would not provide any information as to why it was cancelled, and then unilaterally cancelled the chat. That's unacceptable. This is the second time in a month the Skip order was cancelled, previous was driver error. We have had other similar experiences. We wasted much time today. It is a good service when it works, but we never know. We live in a densely populated part of Toronto and the restaurants are not far away. We ended up calling the restaurant directly. Good news...it's much cheaper that way

Horrible customer service. Too busy to speak to me but then when they did they were saying my card is the issue to call the bank. The card was valid and had 04/26 expiry and it wasn't working. It's the app that had the problem and also when I chose to pay in cash, then oh sorry, that option is not available even when its offered as an option. They told me to refresh my feed maybe but by then I already ordered elsewhere. Pathetic Just ordered from Uber Eats.

I selected the wrong address; my fault. I called immediately to change and they wanted to charge $5.19+tax to change. Consistently wrong on non delivered orders. Thank god the driver was great. I met him at my old address and gave him $10 extra. Never again

My order came destroyed. The driver blamed bad packaging from the restaurant. The broth spilled through the paper bag and it came to me in pieces. My food in another container was wet from the spilled broth. Customer service refused to compensate. I will never order Skip again and will tell everyone not to as well.

So download this app twice gave them 2 chances the wait time is less than other apps BUT save yourself the time, money, and headache my order did not show up at all twice not right away but about 2 orders into app you get a driver that can't read a simple address, obviously not a requirement to work for them... then you try to contact "customer service" and they take forever to figure out what happened and refund your order second time I gave up and just took the loss and ended up having to pay twice for my food amd wait twice as long TRUST ME not worth it just download another app I have never had this happen with any other apps.... yet who knows 🤷‍♀️

If I could I would give 0. Terrible customer service. Tries to contact then and chat was ended 9 times... yup 9 times. That's after being on hold in a que of 72. Anything is better than skip.

Wow. Customer service chat.... told them I didn't receive my order and that I was concerned because it was raw fish sashimi. They just said it was delivered and left the chat!!! I did not get my food I paid for. I emailed and I didn't get a reply.

The worst people to deal with The worst people to deal with. You guys should be out of business all you do is scam people of their money. Most of us don’t have it. My orders alway come up over 70$ when I order food and multiple time MULTIPLE TIMES they bring my food to the wrong place. Now the have pictures of the door they left the food at I show them my door and they know for a fact that’s the wrong address and still nothing all the day is too much issue with you not getting your food. Like hello how about your driver doing their $!$!! Job!! For $!$!! Sake!! Get rid of the scammers posing as food delivery service!

I had terrible experience,delivered around 50 minutes after my order. Problem was original delivery person took my order and dropped my order after 15 mins, and another guy picked my order. 2nd del person delivered after half an hour that was nomal. But problem was delayed by first guy who did not pick up myfoods on time and dropped. Total del time was around 50 mins. I got cold burgers and foods. Skip the Dish told me that was nomal in an hour delivry. Is it true? After 30 mins,got food getting cold quickly. I don't need cold foods. That was not my fault but me and my wife got cold burgers and onion rings. Chatting guy told me only 10 mins late.it was very nice customer service. How skip the Dish solves the problem? You guys should avoid del person to take multiple orders.he didn't pick my foods up when ready he drove somehwere and dropped my order. He should pay my cold foods and take it. It is terrible service.

Sent to the wrong address and refused to help the carrier could not reach simple English instructions skip the dishes refused to help with customer service chat absolutely useless company and I deleted my account. Will never use this place again.

It’s a joke. Cheap company. Terrible service. Taking the time to review because this the second issue with this delivery service. We need delivery so it’s important to us they are honest, fair and good service. We pay for that. Use any other delivery. Even though I reported immediately the delivery hadn’t arrived it was claimed no record of that. Unbelievable. I had the order number.

Tip should be added after order is recieved . Should be based on experience. Getting cold food due to multiple deliveries by driver. Food open and not following instructions. I should have the right to change tip!

I ordered food, they delivered entirely the wrong order, I asked for a refund and told them they could tell the courier to pick up the wrong food, and they refused refund on grounds of terms.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered food and waited more than double the time just to get my order cancelled. Food NEVER arrives on time and 0 customer service.

Never again!! Rip off. Missing food . Would not give money back! Probably a driver ate the friggin food! They are friggin done. No more from them!. Poor service!
