I just placed an order that said it would take 24 mins now it saying 74 mins after I paid for it I would have have placed an order if I have to wait that long this will be last time I ever order from them

I received the wrong order with missing items and they refused to refund my order, and didn't even refund everything that I ordered! Terrible experience with customer service - they tried to brush me off the entire conversation. This feels like theft.

Horrendous customer service that borders on being downright rude. Constantly delivering orders with missing items and extremely long wait times for delivery. If I could give them XERO I would.

Customer service intentionally wastes your time to create frustration so you give up on your inquiry. They do not honour their rewards program. Do yourself a favor and order directly from the restaurant and cut out the middle man. I’ll be doing so from now on.

Order never delivered. They said it was the wrong address even though I have used Skip the Dishes many many times with the same address. When contacted for a refund, they would only give me one half of the total and it was only usable through them. Never use them again.

This would be 0 stars if it was possible to pick that option. Don't order with this platform. Ordered from them multiple times, with several orders being delivered to wrong address or not delivered at all, when I phoned to ask about this each time, they did respond accordingly and I was usually refunded. The last time this happened I was told that I was taking advantage and they would not longer offer refunds. Seems like a pretty crummy system when they screw up and then blame the customer, it is not my fault that this happened multiple times.

Don't trust the skip driver Ahmed Kazi we gave him a 15% tip and he came into my driveway and drove off with our food, we tried to chad with him but he blocked us. Bad service

First time user, my $90 order was apparently delivered to wrong address. They denied my request for a refund, as their terms of service states vendors and courier errors are not their responsibility. Never again…

On multiple occasions, I placed an order and then received an email stating that it had been cancelled. Assuming the restaurant declined the order, I placed a new order elsewhere. However, I later discovered that I had still been charged — in some instances up to four times for the same order. While this may seem minor with a $15 order, it becomes unacceptable when the order amount is $90, and the charge is processed four times. This results in hundreds of dollars being held. The core issue is not just the duplicate charge — it is the refund handling. Even though the cancellation is not my fault, the funds are still being withheld for several days. I am either encouraged to accept Skip credits or told to wait up to 10 days for the refund to appear in my bank account. I do not want Skip credits. I want the full amounts refunded directly to my original payment method without delay. This has now occurred four times in 2026.

I ordered from White spot Guilford today using skip the dishes. Half my order was missing, the cold half so that means that all the dipping sauces were missing and half the meal I couldn't eat because the dipping sauces were for the warm part of the meal. Skip only refunded me $16 from $48. Definitely won't be using skip again or ordering from White spot. Use Uber

if it could be lower then one it would be . I placed an order for almost $40 and teh driver got to my apartment building and even though given information for what to do so I can buzz up could not figure it out even with me walking him through it ( on phone) and I also heard someone helping him down there. He never made it up to my apartment to deliver food. When I called support they said because it to me so long to reach our ( was on hold over 1.5 hours) anf had the wrong address listed ( even though driver was here) they could only refund $15 so i got no foos aqnd was out $25

This service is absolutely terrible, the last four of five orders have Been cold due to drivers picking up other orders (I even paid for the express option so it wouldn’t happen) and it still happened. This monopoly DoorDash and skip should be reviewed by the competition bureau. Terrible customer service after a mistake. Local restaurants should band together and leave these services. Disgusted . And never use them again. You can’t even leave a public google review .

Skip This Service because It's simply not a service at all. This could be one of the worst delivery services still operating and it's incomprehensible how it still could be. Problem resolution is nearly impossible, communication with drivers non-existent, problem resolution with three support team delayed and ineffectual, cludgy profile editing, zero accountability,.. and they defer problems back to local restaurants rather than dealing with their own delivery mistakes. Nothing good to say. It should just stop.
