I ordered at 8:33pm my driver was assigned (Aaditya) 9:13 minutes after.were 14 minutes from store. It’s currently 10:50. Contacted customer service. Thank you for waiting, Crystal. I understand how frustrating this wait must be, and I truly appreciate your patience. Our system is actively working on assigning the best-suited courier for your order. You can keep an eye on the tracker for real-time updates. We’ll be here if you need anything I have manually contacted the courier team and requested a courier to be assigned to your order.    Please give 5-10 minutes for the new courier to complete your order as our team working on it now. The current estimated wait time is 193 - 253 minutes.

Extremely rude delivery person. He was talking on his phone as he was coming up my driveway and was so distracted by the call he only came halfway and I had to go down my stairs and walk 39 feet to him. He never once acknowledged me and didn’t even look at me while handing me the bag. Then the food had pieces of the skewer they cooked the chicken broken and mixed into the rice. When I chatted with the “customer service” (I use that term sarcastically) they wouldn’t do anything about it because I’d thrown the food out and didn’t take a picture of it.

As with this company I cancelled subscription in May via phone call they were to credit me which never happened. Today they charged me again I tried to reach via phone unsuccessfully. Chatted online and was to get a call back which never happened. All of a sudden I was advised from bank that 95.00 was trying to be charged on my card. Which was marked as fraudulent. No luck with refund & need to wait for a week for new card!

I just placed an order that said it would take 24 mins now it saying 74 mins after I paid for it I would have have placed an order if I have to wait that long this will be last time I ever order from them

Always takes 1.5-2hour to deliver food ends up being cold and driver always make 2-3 stops on the way to deliver Terrible company

I received the wrong order with missing items and they refused to refund my order, and didn't even refund everything that I ordered! Terrible experience with customer service - they tried to brush me off the entire conversation. This feels like theft.

Customer service intentionally wastes your time to create frustration so you give up on your inquiry. They do not honour their rewards program. Do yourself a favor and order directly from the restaurant and cut out the middle man. I’ll be doing so from now on.

Order never delivered. They said it was the wrong address even though I have used Skip the Dishes many many times with the same address. When contacted for a refund, they would only give me one half of the total and it was only usable through them. Never use them again.

This would be 0 stars if it was possible to pick that option. Don't order with this platform. Ordered from them multiple times, with several orders being delivered to wrong address or not delivered at all, when I phoned to ask about this each time, they did respond accordingly and I was usually refunded. The last time this happened I was told that I was taking advantage and they would not longer offer refunds. Seems like a pretty crummy system when they screw up and then blame the customer, it is not my fault that this happened multiple times.

Don't trust the skip driver Ahmed Kazi we gave him a 15% tip and he came into my driveway and drove off with our food, we tried to chad with him but he blocked us. Bad service

First time user, my $90 order was apparently delivered to wrong address. They denied my request for a refund, as their terms of service states vendors and courier errors are not their responsibility. Never again…

On multiple occasions, I placed an order and then received an email stating that it had been cancelled. Assuming the restaurant declined the order, I placed a new order elsewhere. However, I later discovered that I had still been charged — in some instances up to four times for the same order. While this may seem minor with a $15 order, it becomes unacceptable when the order amount is $90, and the charge is processed four times. This results in hundreds of dollars being held. The core issue is not just the duplicate charge — it is the refund handling. Even though the cancellation is not my fault, the funds are still being withheld for several days. I am either encouraged to accept Skip credits or told to wait up to 10 days for the refund to appear in my bank account. I do not want Skip credits. I want the full amounts refunded directly to my original payment method without delay. This has now occurred four times in 2026.
