Thee are frequently problems logging into their site, but they blame YOU for it. They tell you to "clear cache/use google Chrome, ect", but they NEVER look into their OWN infrastructure. Then when you call them out on it POLITELY, they accuse you of using "abusive language". Talk about DARVO.

The problem with Skip is that their delivery people don't read delivery instructions most of the time, or deliver either to wrong places or don't at all God knows what they do with the food and their customer service is so robotic that there is no way to fix a recurring issue because they ll just copy-paste the same response to whatever complain you have. Today is the last day I use them because I can't contact them every single time my food is not delivered, it sounds like I am making it up. Sometimes they are prompt and will follow up on late orders but most of the time the food just doesn't arrive and all they can give is credit after much follow-up on my side.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They got my order wrong, it didn't even come from the same restaurant and it was food I could not eat. I thought maybe I would qualify for a refund. Nope, I spent $50.00, didn't get any dinner, no recourse whatsoever. What kind of business can mess up so badly and then provide NO customer service or refund for totally screwing up?

75 minutes after confirmation to find out that the order “delivered” at my place was never delivered. Customer service very below expectation.

Ordered food at 5:20pm. It's now 7:20. Restaurant said food has been ready for 45 + minutes. Driver never showed. Called skip. Only way was through chat. Told us they would credit us and send another driver. Cold food.. company don't care except for the money we all give them. Never using them again. What a joke of a company. Needs to be boycott.

Driver did not clearly read instructions. Did not use buzzer for my apartment and just left where intercom for apartment was. McDonald's decided to not give me my coffee. Even though it was on my order. First time ordering through Skip and not sure if I would do it again. Took over an hour to get my order. Received 45 cents refund for the coffee I really wanted.

This service is a total scam. Ordered food, went to the wrong address. Driver called and I gave him the correct address. After 20 minutes I tried to call the company, no humans answered. Then I tried to resolve it in the chat - they said the food was not coming and they said they would refund me 50%. They refunded me $0 and gave me a $34 Skip the Dishes credit. Worst service ever, never use this.

First time ordering something, my order is shown delivered but I didn’t received anything. Worst customer service getting your money back is a problem as well. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Delivery fee and tip amounted to $9.00 for two coffees. After they were delivered, the driver left our building yelling out profanities and calling us horrible names for what we tipped him. He then proceeded to speed down the residential street like a maniac while there were kids around. Ruined my day completely. If you don't like your job you should find a new one. I'm sorry but two coffees is not worth how horribly rude this man was. Tip was 15%.

I am only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Please use any other delivery service available to you, save yourself the headache. For context, I have been using Skip for over a year due to it being the first delivery company in my country. Over the past year there has maybe been a handful of deliveries that went good. At least 80% of the time they screw up. The issue is they hire people who cant read maps or GPS. I tried it out, you can literally get a job with them by filling out an online form without ever speaking to a human. Most if not all negative situations came from incompetent drivers and was no fault of the restaurants. When there is issues you start a live chat and 9/10 times the operator makes you feel like you're in the wrong for their mistakes. It's like pulling teeth to get what you paid for. The worst part is when the drivers turn a 10 minute delivery into an hour delivery, its like pulling teeth to get even a portion refunded and they still make you pay the tip? Terrible business, terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

Skip the dishes is the worst delivery company if have ever dealt with. Their delivery drivers can not read and follow directions and refuse to accept help for directions! The drivers just get angry and yell at you and then refuse to deliver the food and yet they tell their company that they delivered the food. Some of these drivers were caught eating the customers food as proven on cameras and by witnesses. The Service and operations centre refuse to help and refuse to refund the customers money. Total company should be shut down by the better business burial. Instead of understanding the flaws in their own company and believe what the disappointed customers report to them, the company sides with their crooked employees. Sincerely Officer Worden

I've never had a problem with Skip until tonight. The driver literally dropped our order on the doorstep and our food ended up all over the sidewalk. He told me there was nothing he could do and told me to contact Skip. I did and was told I've requested too many refunds so they would be unable to do anything for me. I told them I've NEVER asked for a refund as I've never had an issue until tonight. My account reflects that. They told me there was nothing they can do. I'm out $70. I will never order from Skip again. If you haven't had a bad experience yet, it's only a matter of time until you do. I'd give zero stars if I could. They suck!

Placed an order today and the site said that delivery was 20-30 minutes and I've ordered from this restaurant using Skip the Dishes before. I got a message 40 minutes after ordering saying the driver was on his way. The website map had him sitting at the restaurant since about 1:15 pm, the site said he left at 1:40. Was on chat with someone who cancelled the order and said I wouldn't get the order. A decent customer service person would have given me a refund for the inconvenience and delivered the food, especially since I'm doing a live online course today and had limited time for lunch. I've had delivery issues before that I overlooked, but this was the straw that breaks the camels back. I'll never order from this company again.

the couriers are incompetent, rude and greedy. simply put, they snatch your order for their own benefit, then throw your food anywhere without attempting to contact you or ringing the buzzer if you're in an apartment. and the new immigrant indians specifically the OLDER males(old men) are the worst, they're very misogynistic. i had one try to get in my face and yell at me because he called the wrong number and accused me of not picking up. then he tried to withhold my food that i paid for from me, as if it was his place. why? because he comes from a misogynist country where that behavior is encouraged towards women.

Constant order mistakes. Wrong refund amounts. Lying about refunds and keeping the money. No possibility to call to ask for a refund. Avoid the company at any cost unless you want to be robbed.

Our latest (and FINAL) issue with Skip the Dishes happened tonight when, rather than following the very explicit directions (explicit because of the wandering around being done by previous deliverers who couldn't follow instructions), our food (ice cream and what should have been warm food) was left in the Visitor Parking area of our building...outside. I only found it because the delivery person never dialed our unit so I went out to see if, again, someone was wandering around outside--but, I found our food sitting outside of the building. I requested a refund because the food was uneatable and was told I could only get a 50% refund because the food was "delivered". What a great racket they have going! Give really, really bad service and only have to give up 50% of their income because the food was "delivered"...not eatable, but "delivered". Skip the Dishes has become the community joke for our building because they are constantly leaving food orders sitting outside the building...on the sidewalk...in Visitor Parking. Steer clear of these crooks.

Ordered dinner and my food never came. Got credit to replace my order and it wasn't delivered a second time. Ended up skipping dinner and going to bed. So much food waste and no explanation why the driver didn't deliver to my house
