I have done many orders with skip the dishes. Unfortunately the last order I placed the food was not edible and when talking with the restaurant they told me that since I ordered with skip i had to deal with them. The only way to reach skip is through online chat which is also fine. My problem is with the customer service when I asked for an explanation the customer service agent started behaving like I was being confrontational and would not explain anything he was stating they would not give me a full discount which I was absolutely fine with. I only wanted an explanation of how the amount he did tell me was calculated and when I asked for an explanation again he ended the chat abruptly. I then started a new chat and tried to explain what had just happened to a new customer service representative. Only to be left for about 3 to 4 minutes between responses and then an abrupt disconnect again. It has been several days since the incident but I believe I will no longer deal with skip as the Customer Service is pretty bad. Last note they did give me a $2.00 credit to my skip account on a $35.00 order that I put in the trash. I don’t even think that paid for the tip I left the driver. Thanks anyway I will be ordering strait from the restaurants from now on.
