WOW! My account was hacked and in 2 days almost $300 was charged to my account! Someone went in to my account and changed my phone number and addresses to another province and placed these orders! I called skip and ask how this is possible that this can happen and they said that they don’t even have a recorded of the 5 orders in the last 2 days. When I can see them on the app and the money out of my account. They said it is something to talk to my bank about and not them! I know I will get my money back from the bank. But how could this happen with them not noticing or me getting a notification about the changes to my account! Even Netflix sends you a message when some one signs it from a different computer or something! Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible app and security! Wake the hell up skip your losing customers at a rapid pace. I will never use again and will tell all that I meet to switch to uber eats!
