I recently discovered over 9 SkipTheDishes charges on my credit for over a 3 day period, during which I hadn't used their services. Their response, to say the least, was less than impressive. After being initially told that it wasn't their problem and to take it up with my bank, they agreed to investigate. I subsequently received an e-mail saying they had had technical difficulties, were sorry for the problem with my order (there was no order!) and they agreed to reimburse me and give me a $20 credit. This is a ridiculous response to what was clearly fraudulent activity. I'll never use them again.
