This is the second time in a month when Skip has made our family angry for the absolute WORST customer experience. I will now remove the app and NEVER use them again! Both times they delayed the orders over 90 minutes and did not even notify us. We attempted to reach them and got no response. When they finally responded, they provided a ridiculous apology and a $5 credit....AS IF!!!!
