I ordered over $40 worth of food. It said delivered but was never actually left at my door. I checked the house next door to see if it was a mistake. No food anywhere. I reached out to Skip on their app and it said 'no representatives were online to speak with me'. I tried an hour later, then again a couple hours later. I tried for 4 days straight. Finally found an email address for their customer service and they replied saying they only issue refunds within the first 48 hours. Apparently when you message on the app and it says 'someone will get back to you shortly', they don't keep any record of you reaching out. I'll never order from them again but buyer beware. Apparently it's not uncommon to happen and their representatives seem to not care about customer retention.
