I cancelled an order because i was billed on the wrong card but instead of reimbursing the amount on the card, skip scammed me with a store credit. A cancelled order should be an automatic refund not a store credit, opened a case with as soon as i found out the bill on the wrong card but customer service and operations team is useless. I re-ordered using a new card and was surprised that i was billed using the store credit and am back to my old issue. Several emails later, still nothing from
skip.
