My order was 2.75 hours late and I only received it because I kept chasing the company. The chat was unresponsive and I had to call in to customer service as the restaurant in order to get any assistance. No one answers the customer service line for customers. The restaurant had the order waiting and it became cold. I was offered $5 credit. They thought that was a reasonable compensation for my ruined family meal. If I could give zero stars I would do so.
