If I could leave a 0 I would. First time I tried to get a refund from Skip. I had received my food and it was cold and had sat for over 2 hours before "a courier" picked it up. When I went into the App to try and get a refund in the APP it said "unable to complete request as it has been done already" or something close to that. So of course I thought that meant someone at Skip had realized and started the refund. $ days later when I went in to check there had not been a refund request (according to the Skip App) and when I tried to explain I was out of the 48 hour period due to their APP I was ignored.
So I stopped using them for a while. Then forgot how bad they were and recently I ordered from White Spot, not only did the food come cold but I was missing items. Again I was denied by Skip even though I did not receive items. I am not going to use them again unless it's an emergency because I am unsure of what qualifies you to get a refund at this point. Missing items that I paid for... Skip too bad we just want your money and no accountability. Everyone should boycott this App and start to get their friends or anyone else to deliver as the response and customer service would be better anywhere else!
