I am the owner of restaurant. I got order from SkipTheDishes and prepared all items properly , sent them out with driver. The customer reported as incorrect items they got and Skip put all charge to us. I prepared all food and also pay for those food what I prepared because of the customer said it was incorrect. I contacted several times to Skip and explain everything with some photos but they kept saying needed actual image of food. I was trying to get video footage from our surveillance camera (we installed it for this issue it happened before) I but it saved only 7 days. For now I need to pay for those items I prepared for those customers. What a ridiculous situations .
