On skip the dishes online order there is a history were you can re-order your past order
I hit re-order as I have the past three orders two in March and one last week all three orders came the correct address (great) but this time I hit re-order and they delivered to another address
When I explained and tried to get services I was told they were dropping the food at the address they went to and not redirecting the food
There customer service online basically said to bad and I need to check the delivery address which I was not done on the 3 past orders which arrived correctly so why would I double check
They were not helpful & basically cut me off
When I spoke with the restaurant they also agreed that Skip the dishes has terrible customer service
I myself is a small business owner & I would never treat my customers in this manner
I have now put a dispute in with my credit card hopefully I will get some resolve
