On June 8th I placed an order with skip. I ordered 3 dinners. And only received 2. I took a picture of the unopened package and the receipt. I even called the restaurant and they acknowledged the short ship and told me to contact skip for a refund and reorder the dinner. I did just that. The rude customer service person Manjot G told me they can't do that i asked to speak to the manager and he told me the outcome would be the same and closed the chat. Very dismissive and unprofessional. I want my refund for the 1 dinner and train or fire these incompetent workers. I was told I filed too many claims. If I have the proof then what's the issue? Plus I haven't, skip cancel my orders due to lack of food or issue with my choices.The restaurant messes up an order and they blame the customer for filing a complaint. Does that make sense to anyone? I am paying my hard earned money for what I want NOT what the restaurant decides to give me!
