I ordered from skip the dishes. After 30 minutes my order was marked as "completed" and didn't receive it. So I contacted the support and they told me to wait for another 15-20 minutes. I waited... then contacted the support again because I still didn't receive my order. They told me to wait another 15-20 minutes. I waited... but after 3 hours of waiting "another 15 minutes", it was clear that my order would never arrive but they asked me to wait for another 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and they ended up flushing me from the chat and banning me instead. Great. I contacted the restaurant directly and they told me they never received my address from the skip system. I wonder if 48 hours after they would still ask me to wait another 15 minutes? This is the worst customer support I've ever had to deal with and I'm being polite.
