Could not load $100 gift card. Was told by an employee it would take 24 hours. 2 days later some Anchal advised that the card needed to be returned to where it was purchased. I did not receive any communications from them to advise of this. If I wouldn’t have noticed, that would have been $100 down the drain. Anchal then decided it was a good idea to disconnect the call after asking to speak to a manager.
I went back onto chat and Vinus decided he too would disconnect the chat after demanding to speak to a manager.
I order through skip probably 5-6 times per week. Clearly these customer service reps don’t care, they receive their wages no matter what. These 2 were so rude and customer service relation skills are abysmal. They don’t even have a contact number, I’m sure as too many complaints. I sent an email to the company for follow up. If I could give them a zero out of 5, I totally would.
