HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I ordered gravol and gingerale (which was $31.00) for my son who was sick and when the driver came I opened the bag and said immediately “I’m missing the gravol!!!” She said “I can’t do anything about it, you need to contact skip”. Within 5 minutes of this happening I immediately contacted skip and selected missing items in which I wrote a detailed message of what was missing!!!
I kept going back on the app to select that I still haven’t heard anything back on this order but it wasn’t there to select. So after spending 45 mins trying to find someone to talk to as I’d like to know where my refund is of $20.00 and she said you have to contact us within 48 hours, I said I contacted you IMMEDIATELY!!!!! She said oh sorry you didn’t select chat I can’t help you! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? I reached out IMMEDIATELY!! Worst company ever! This is actually the second time this has happened and I’m now in the hole $40.00. Absolutely AWFUL. I asked how I could escalate this further and she said no bye!!
