Order was cancelled without explanation, after waiting 10 minutes. Skip representative would not provide any information as to why it was cancelled, and then unilaterally cancelled the chat. That's unacceptable. This is the second time in a month the Skip order was cancelled, previous was driver error. We have had other similar experiences. We wasted much time today. It is a good service when it works, but we never know. We live in a densely populated part of Toronto and the restaurants are not far away. We ended up calling the restaurant directly. Good news...it's much cheaper that way
