Courier refused to pick up order from mezza.

35 minutes for skips customer service to respond to my request to find out what’s happening
Would not refund my money immediately
Would not compensate for their errors
Very condescending in their request for assistance responses.
It was the last bit of money I had to eat and was left with no meal, no money and rudeness
