Ordered a lamp. Didn't fit the description online, so I wanted to return it. They make you go through an insane amount of paperwork, only to keep your request on 'pending' for weeks on end. There is no way to contact them and they barely respond to their online form. If they do respond, they make the process as difficult as possible. I have zero confidence they'll ever refund my money. DO NOT ORDER AT SKLUM! They knowingly and willingly scam their customers. Someone in Spain should take them to court.
