Ordered a bed, not a cheap one. It arrived completely broken.
Getting in touch with the store is almost impossible. The automated chat keeps on answering irrelevant answers.
Eventually after many emails, I was able to reach an agent on WhatsApp (worked only twice) to ask to send it back.
This process took many days, and I got a confirmation to send it.
But, only if I pack it in its original form. We are talking about a huge bed. It arrived completely broken and now I have to pack it. Ok, did so.
Was told that I will be contacted from a company that will pick it up.
It’s been weeks now. No one contacted me, I can’t reach any agent. Automatic msgs keep on telling me the same useless information.
I am stuck with a huge broken bed, packed, in my small apartment that I payed good money for. And am still waiting.
Stay away from this terrible platform!
