I've only gotten a couple of their products, but I've loved the both of them. The only negative thing I've got to say about the site is that sometimes, for example, the Hunger of the Ancients dice, it says the products is out of stock, but when you google the same product, it brings you to a separate page where the dice are available.
Kinda sucks about the site problems, because the actual dice are beautiful and well balanced.
