Ordered a mystery bag of dice, expecting normal communication of so shipping, order receipts, and whatnot. Was surprised to see the in depth, in character emails at every step in the process, including follow-up emails. The extra detail led to a great customer experience, and will bring me back for most of my dice-related needs in the future.
