Poor customer service. Scam artists. Cancelled my sky broadband and tv package 2023. They cancelled the broadband only and continued to charge for the TV. Direct debits taken gone unnoticed for 12months. Still paying the tv and they refuse to refund as their call records are only kept for 12months and they can't confirm. Be careful with this shady company
