The same complaints as the other reviewers. The broadband is inadequate, they charge you for things they don't deliver, and have appalling customer service. The worst part has been trying to cancel. As another reviewer says, they keep charging you for things. When confronted they throw the responsibility around and solve nothing. We've had this ongoing issue for months, they keep charging us, and we haven't been able to do anything about it.
Please avoid.
