We’ve had no internet since 15th May and have contacted Sky countless times. Despite promises of engineers, nothing has been fixed. Not once did anyone check if the issue was resolved.
On 28th May, I had surgery and needed my partner to pick me up. Instead, they stayed home because Sky warned we’d be charged £50 if we missed an engineer visit. No one showed up—and we weren’t even told the appointment was moved.
Now the issue is “escalated,” but that means nothing without accountability. This has been an appalling lack of service, communication, and care. Sky, do better.
