I'm so angry and frustrated with sky.
1st attempt at getting my installation failed as it seemed too much hastel for the engineer! Sky's reply was £5 credited to my sky account. No mention of returning deposit!
2nd attempt was just for WiFi. Couldn't be fitted! Sky's reply £5 compensation credited to mysky account. Again no mention of deposit. Tried to log into my account........ CLOSED! WTF?!?
Is this how you treat people?
