Third class Sh1t customer service. After using sky TV and broadband for years and on disconnecting the service they immediately passed the recovery of £24 to external debt recovery agency. Really for just £24 !!! I was in the impression they will take the payment from the direct debit else would have made the payment immediately. Atleast they should have informed email/letter/call me before handing it over to the DCA.
Stay away if one can totally inhuman.
