I spoke to a lovely lady in the Call Centre last night as we lost tv in my elderly mothers annex. She couldn’t have been any more understanding or helpful.
Today an engineer (Sean) arrived and he spent a good hour out in the bitter cold fixing damage to a cable from some sort of vermin!
