After 6 years with Sky, I had to finally let them go.
One the price went up to a whooping £100- one way to value a client is to put their bills up I guess.
But it was mt home move that tipped me over the edge.
After 12 hours total call time of 8 phone calls, about 40% of it waiting to connect, 3 cancelled orders ad they 'couldn't find my new address' , so each time we were cancelled I had to start placing the order from scratch and listen to their endless sales pitches- I had enough!
Cancelled my direct debit and set up BT. It took 12 minutes ONLINE, and I am currently enjoying my hustle free cheaper Wifi and TV! AVOID SKY!
