Took the problems with Sky to CISAS for £100 compensation. Apology did not come as requested and has been made to an old bank account. Staff haven't got a clue. Email sent seven times to arrange termination of contracts. Found in back office. Took a day to cancel mobiles. Still waiting for response on other issues. Given a phone number to call on and still called on the wrong number . Over 40 problems, and still have no resolution to the original problem ongoing since September last year. Never again. Now in the hands of media and court action. Why pay for a service you are not receiving?
