Had technical problems for months due to bad Internet connectivity to my mini boxes and spend hours talking on the telephone to the sky call centre trying to amend the situation but never worked.
Finally sent a engineer out and what a professional service and fixed the situation by putting in a boaster and recorrecting within ten mins .
Recommended in future get them to visit otherwise wasting everyone’s time.
