The worst service and the worst site to navigate
After 40 minutes of trying to find the help to get a new remote for the TV I needed.
I eventually found a phone number realising they intentionally make it difficult preferring we trawl through the site using up our time
I get through to a call centre in India where they hardly speak English are rude and inefficient taking another 20 minutes
