Absolutely awful took out the ultrafast broadband with a garunteed speed which I didn't get so should receive a refund for what I had paid so far. I then tried to resolve the issue with someone on the phone which they had no interest in helping so I explained and cancelled it. Since then I have not received a refund and also got charged an extra month! When I called about this issue I got a refund but not for the correct amount because they wouldn't refund the first month that was down to bad Internet as apparently on their end it was ok. The customer service on the phone had not been great either both times and I WOULD NOT recommend this company to someone I dislike.
