Internet dropped down to 4mps. Tried numerous times to phone, and the automated service kept saying I couldn't get BT sports. Seriously what the hell has that got to do with broadband failure. Then tried twitter, and all I asked for was a number to speak to an actual human. They kept saying go online and follow the steps. I replied it wasn't working because of the slow speed. Only when I threatened to leave their service did I get any real help. Incredibly unprofessional and anything but customer service.
